IMPORTANT 2020 🎹 FESTIVAL ANNOUNCEMENT - re COV19 😷
With regard to the Coronavirus situation, rather than wait for government instruction (we could be waiting rather a while....) we have decided to take matters in our own hands πŸ‘πŸ‘
The health and safety of our participants, teachers & students is of the utmost importance to us πŸ™πŸ»We have been observing this situation carefully and have decided with the current crisis, to modify this year's 2020 Festival - to an 'ONLINE' Festival.

What performers have to do:
  • Please make a recording of your performance
    • o Your phone will do & upload it to Youtube for the judge’s viewing.
    • o We can NOT accept video files to our email.
  • Our adjudicator Dr. Yonit Kosovske is fully supportive of this - and will be LISTENING πŸ‘‚πŸΌ(more than watching) so please don't worry if you feel your video is not 'perfect' in quality.
  • Performers due to perform Friday 13th,
    • o please submit to us by Friday 13th 5:00pm
    • o (Solo U6, Solo U8, Solo U10, Solo U12, Sonatina U12, Concerto Open)
  • Performers due to perform Saturday 14th,
    • o please submit to us by Saturday 14th 5:00pm.
    • o (Repertoire U12, Duet U16, Solo U14, Solo U18, Adult Silver Jubilee, post Gr 5)

Programme:
The program is listed online & we will add approved videos after the 5:00pm deadline.

Results:
  • Results will be posted online on the evening of Tuesday 17th March, including our special awards.
  • Digital certificates will be emailed during the immediate days afterwards.
  • Trophies/Medals/Awards to be arranged for pick up from the Office, when it is clear to do so.

We hope you can appreciate that our efforts to modify this year's Festival is our contribution in helping to contain the virus. We hope that you might be relieved to know that while fully celebrating everyone's performance this weekend, you may stay at home, with no risk to you or your family.

Best of luck & we can't wait to receive your videos! πŸŽ₯
