Sharp Kids Pre-Instrumental Music Classes

A fun and lively introduction to music, in preparation for the learning of the piano. Suitable for 3 to 6 year olds, this training will begin to develop beat, rhythm, pitch and aural awareness – laying good foundations for the future. Based around songs and musical games (taught sequentially) and led by Angela Lobato, who is a dynamo and lots of fun, this is a wonderful introduction for your child who is not ‘quite’ ready to start the piano but wants to get started!  

Our Sharp Kids classes give children aged 3–8 a joyful first experience of music. Through songs, movement, percussion and games, children develop a steady sense of beat, pitch, rhythm and listening — the essential foundations that make learning the piano (or any instrument) far easier when formal lessons begin. Classes are playful and social, building confidence as well as musical skill.

Sharp Kids runs at our Dundrum studio in Dublin 14, welcoming families from Churchtown, Ballinteer, Rathfarnham, Sandyford and across south Dublin. Many children move on naturally to private piano lessons with our faculty. Contact us to find the next available class.
