In light of the COVID-19 situation, we decided to take matters in our own hands and modify to on

line for 2020. The health and safety of our participants, teachers & students is of the utmost importance to us.

These past few weeks have been a powerful reminder of just how connected we are to one another — and how our choices today determine our options tomorrow.

We had the option of….
❌ Cancelling – No way! Not after all the work both teachers and students have put in. Anyone who knows us will know we do not easily give up!

❌ Postponing – to when? Too risky with the uncertainty of the virus and leaving everyone on a cliff hanger….

✅ Moving to online – Yes! Although is a very different medium to what people are used to, is the next best option to a live Festival and an exciting opportunity to submit your very best video! The show must go on! And in the spirit of the Festival, and in as fully as possible, we will celebrate everyone’s performance, generating some JOY during this otherwise difficult time Fortunately, we have been working literally around the clock to respond to the challenges posed by COVID-19. This was not an easy, and has involved massive efforts, but delighted to see our participants and parents are fully embracing it! We hope you can appreciate that our efforts to modify this year’s Festival is our contribution in helping to contain the virus. We hope that you might be relieved to know that while fully celebrating everyone’s performance this weekend, you may stay at home, with no risk to you or your family.
